Anyone interested??

There are still places available for the pelagic trip from the Hillarys Boat Harbour on Sunday June 27th. The boat leaves from outside AQWA at 7am sharp and we aim to return about 3:30pm. The cost depends on the number of people ($75 if 23 people; $65 if 30 people).

This is your chance to see albatross and petrels up close.

I currently have less than 20 people, and at that number the trip will have to be cancelled.

I've already put my name down but I don't want it to be cancelled due to lack of interest. If you want to come along reply here and I'll give you Frank O'Connor's contact details (he's organising the trip).

What the hell is wrong with my computer?

Things are crashing left right and centre.
Outlook, IE, ICQ, Paint shop, any other random program you can name.

When I reboot sometimes it tells me there's something wrong with the registry and the goes to fix it and does.
Outlook randomly decides to chew up my inbox.

An AVG scan says my computer is clean (AVG is updated) and I've run a Spybot search and got rid of everything it found (of course it's always back as soon as I scan again).

I will most certainly make these again.

I finished the bracelet! Everyone was suggesting I use clamp ends and I thought they'd look all weird but I got them out anyway and threaded my three strands. I was looking at the clamp and wondering just how I was to secure the thread to it... I remembered someone mentioning seed beads... and a light went off.

Of course, you thread the ends through the clamp, then through a seed bead and tie it off (3 strands created a plenty big enough knot to secure it). The seed bead sits snugly inside the clamp and holds it all together.

( So what does this darn bracelet look like? )

Now I have a new dillemma.

The toggles and clamps are gold, I wanted them this colour for the old antiquey look. But now I want to put a few jump rings around the strands to hold them together... and I want silver jumprings. I just think the silver looks better among the beads.

What do you think? Is it an absolute sin to have silver and gold in the same piece? Should I just use gold jump rings? Decisions, decisions...

I also made a shocking pair of earrings.
( Think anyone will want them? )
