Kissing may be interchangable for groping.

I learned today that it's legal to keep sugar gliders as pets in the U.S. I am slightly shocked.

Pretty heavy too. But we need the water I guess, pity it can't all fall in the catchment areas and rainwater tanks aren't compulsory.

Just scrubbed a bunch of ponies. Now my hands are itchy and stink of soap, soap is BAD for my skin. Ick. I'm gonna try and make them as respectable as possible, which is tough cuz most of them have permanent marks and bad frizz and/or haircuts, then sell them on eBay. They haven't been moving tradewise in ages and I need the money, so I may as well sell them. Terrie just managed to reel in $30 for a Bubbles so I shouldn't too badly on the better looking doubles.

Tonight is my last meal for... oh a few days. I have to fast from midnight, lucky I'm in early, I hope the op is early, must remember to take a book to read. I'm kinda nervous, kinda "I don't want someone prodding in my mouth and making me be in pain!" But I do want to get rid of the headaches and avoid the problems the teeth would cause later in life. I'm wondering how I'll breathe under anaesthetic. I'll have someone prodding around in my mouth and my nose is blocked 95% of the time... I hope they don't let me suffocate. They also better not hit that nerve. It's very unlikely but I had to sign a disclaimer so it is a possibilty. I hope it stops hurting and heals up quickly. I hope the stitches don't feel gross in my mouth, stitches are about the only thing that makes my stomach churn. I don't know how I will cope with having them IN MY MOUTH.

Well, I guess by this time tomorrow I'll have found out. I'm sure I won't die.

Watching Home & Away.

Yeah I know I know I don't watch that tripe anymore but I did watch it religiously when I was younger and this was one of the episodes with all the old characters in it. Sophie and Steven!! Steven looks like Matt's brother-in-law, just without the ears. They ended up having the wedding in the hopsital with everyone wearing terry toweling robes cuz it rained. Ultra corny.

Gonna have a shower and watch Microcosmos which I got out from the library today and scoff as much food as possible before midnight cuz I have to fast from then.

And I can't seem to find any spelling errors in the blurb. *dies of shock*

unicorn
The Unicorn

You are most like the Unicorn. Quiet, reserved,
and very wise. You have no need for company,
and can carry on very well without it. You'd
be surprised by how many people look up to you
and love you. You might have a tendency to get
depressed easily, and would be appeased in
knowing other people out there can relate to
you. You could be fond of magick and other
fanciful things. Feel free to live a peaceful,
simple life; but don't be afraid to live.
You'll be better for experiencing the world.

I was a bit concerned when the opening credits were all in French. Was the narration French or English? If it was French would it have subtitles? Turned out the narration was English. There was very little of it and none of it was needed.

It was helpful that I could ID most of the bugs and flowers and knew what was going on in 99% of the scenes. That always helps when you don't have narration to explain that the stuff the ants and drinking from the aphids' butts is honeydew or that the spider is building a bubble nest to lay it's eggs in.

Hillarious scene involving two snails mating to opera music. And one of a scarab beetle pushing a seemingly massive stone up an incline. And the wasps got me wondering... why hexagons? Both wasp nests and honeycomb is hexagonal. And cooled magma also tends towards hexagonal formations. What is it that makes a six sided shape so common in nature?

Ah yes, and they also had footage of a wasp and an orchid. Thank you, thank you.

There's much much more to say about this movie but I couldn't remember every single scene. It's just a really spiffy film to look at and even better if you know what's going on.
