gemfyreSo, the owner is some picky snob that didn't accept ANY of the applications. So he'd rather lose out on $230 a week than let the house to us or the other applicant. Riiiggght.
Ya know, I wish, if the owner is gonna be such a picky asshole that they'd let us know what they're looking for, rather than letting us waste 5 days putting in an application and waiting for a negative answer. Because you can't make multiple applications at once unless you have money to burn.
Ah well, the house hunt is still on. So much for moving before Christmas.
