The year I graduated
What year was it?
1996
What were your three favorite bands?
Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, Mother Love Bone
What was your favorite outfit?
Jeans, Rivers boots, oversized band t-shirt
What was up with your hair?
Long, straight and brown. I usually wore a bandana to keep it back.
Who were your best friends?
Maree (although she left in year 11 to have a kid), Sarah (
lotus79), Caroline (
annyka), Jamie, Ryan (
mix_o_choc).
What did you do after school?
Listened to music, taped stuff off the radio, played computer games, read books
Where did you work?
Farmer Jacks Midland, as a checkout chick. *shudder*
Did you take the bus?
In all my school years I never took the bus to school. I usually walked.
Who did you have a crush on?
Oh I don't know if I want to say, my friends will laugh. Umm, Tim Raddon was okay, AND he said some very deep things in class sometimes. His brother was a twat though.
Did you fight with your parents?
Don't all teenagers. Wasn't any more than usual.
Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?
Chris Cornell
Did you smoke cigarettes?
Never
Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?
Yes, but not because of any locker related problems. The lockers provided were crap, and I liked to have all my stuff with me anyway.
Did you have a 'clique'?
There was a small bunch of weirdos that I hung out with either in the library or in an obscure part of the school.
Did you have "The Max" like Zach, Kelly, and Slater?
Ummm, no. But hey, I DO know who you're talking about when you say Zach, Kelly and Slater.
Admit it, were you popular?
Hell no! A lot of the popular kids actually liked me (but weren't really friends) but I was never popular. I was one of those loner freaks.
Who did you want to be just like?
I don't know really.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A writer, a psychologist or a criminoloigist. What tangents we go on in high school.
Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?
Married, steady job, house.
