Fried Goodness

First time using the deep fryer. No instructions for the appliance. We cooked whiting, squid rings and seafood sticks in a batter with beer, garlic and paprika in it (having many cans of OLD Hahn Lite will be very useful for batter purposes).

It was pretty damn good! The squid was even pretty well done, if I can eat it without problems it's good.

Yummy.
