Fireworks was cool. But I was disgusted that they only had 2 Aussie songs in the actual fireworks soundtrack. I think they should bring back the old format with themed segments and do 99% Aussie music, after all, it IS Australia Day.

Matt drank too much beer again, became loud, obnoxious, uncaring bastard. *sigh* I wish he wouldn't for a change, I'd like to share some experiences with him but when others are around they seem to take priority over me. :(
He's fast asleep now, hopefully he'll be normal again when he wakes.

Got in a bit of silly dancing around, no-one else really joined in tho, lazy arses.

And I have discovered that I unfortunately will not be able to participate in the Urban Myths panel at Genghis Con because it's right in the middle of karaoke and I will go into ugly withdrawals if I miss karaoke for 2 weeks in a row!!

I saw it on tv afterwards, and *totally* with you on the music thing. I remember when you couldn't have the skyworks without Khe San, Land Down Under and all those *classic* aussie songs. And what do we get this time? one INXS, and one Skyhooks.

Plus the song patching from one to another was awful.
