gemfyreWow, what a hectic day.
We started with a 6am start. 7:30 I drove off inmy new car by myself, got there in one piece, and the gearbox sometimes worked and sometimes was a bitch.
Lecture at 8:30 - Ecology - Species Richness & Diversity - vaguely interesting
Drove to Wendy's, met her kittys, saw how Princess Sparkle's fiber optic crown works (very cool), looked at Wendy's ponies - again.
Then we went into Freo, went to Elsewhere, a secondhand toy store, they were closed, talked to the cat at the door who miaowed at us. Checked out the ponies inside, still the same overpriced ones that were there months ago. $13 is too much for a non-mail order Napper!!
Then considered getting Subway for lunch, then I said the magic word Gelaré so we hightailed it down there and I got the usual banana split, she charged me only $6 (instead of $6.50) for it, THEN gave me my 10% Guild discount, schweet. I usually get sorbet on one half of a banana split, but I was bad today. I had swiss choc caramel and some mint fudge chocolate thingo, was very yummy.
Then took a glance through Ark of Joan and another similar Ren/Fairy style shop.
Then went to op-shops, first stop a second hand clothes store Wendy recommended, I looked at all the weird and wonderful stuff in there while she attacked the $5 bin, disappeared into the change room for a bit, then bought some clothes.
Then went to Good Sammy's where I bought ANOTHER MLP game (gonna stick it on eBay) and a Popples puzzle (also to sell). Went into the deadly book section, but this time instead of me being loaded down with books afterwards it was Wendy.
Then went to another recylced clothes store, St. Vinnies, Anglicare, Salvos, didn't really find anything there.
Drove home. Had lunch and a sit down, then went to Maree's. Hanna is miss charimsa and wanted all the attention, Mazz managed to shoo her off at times and we chatted about stuff. She has 2 dogs, a fluffy bitza and a chihuahua cross. They stink, as dogs do. Maree is living in a HUGE house, all the rooms are just massive and so is the backyard, scary stuff.
Came home, ate dinner, sat down, got up again, went shopping with mum.
I have much clothes now, I was spoiled. Found a top in Chain Reaction I really liked but they didn't have the colour I wanted in my size - maybe I'll buy it later. Ended up with... 4? skirts, 2 pairs of jeans and a cool top.
