Honestly, when we drove across the Nullabor I took some books and longstitch, but didn't do either, I just gazed at the landscape and noted vegetation changes and looked for wildlife and spotted some big willy-willys and it was awesome. So many people don't appreciate the landscape.

Tomorrow I am flying across the Nullabor, I just logged in to make sure I have a window seat and am using my remaining 5 minutes internet access on livejournal - how uncanny that this entry was the 3rd down! I only wish I were driving, it won't be the same but I will still stare out the window transfixed as I did on the way over. Such amazing landscape.
