Dyshydrotic eczema

gemfyreThat's what the stuff on my hands is. I knew it was eczema but it's helpful to have a more precise diagnosis.
Currently on a regimen of oatmeal soaks and use of barrier cream to try and get rid of damn stuff, or at least stop it itching, if it doesn't itch I won't scratch and if I don't scratch it might heal.
