My thumb does this thing occasionally, I think it's eczema related.

For no reason the skin on my right thumb will begin to feel tight and hard and weird and tingly. Then a few days later it starts peeling. Right now it's pretty raw and dried out and sore.

It's a pain because you actually use the pad of your right thumb quite often, I'm having to hold pens awkwardly and stuff because putting pressure on it hurts. Hope it heals up soon.

Stupid skin.

Lip balm might help. I use Calmex (?) in a little yellow round jar.

Have been using my moisturiser and eczema ointment on it.
