Escrima sticks seem to be relatively cheap, so I can buy the real thing. Heck, perhaps I'll even learn how to use them.

I need someone who is good with metalworking.

And Nan says by next year she may have a wheelchair anyway, so she'd probably let me borrow it for a night or two - I'd need to add a few things to it to carry weapons, I'll have to devise a way to attach things so they're removable but secure. But I have a whole year.

I haven't read enough comics with Barbara/Oracle in them - but I'm in the process of rectifying this! I have my own story for her, which I may end up writing some time if I can ever get it out of my head. Stupid head.
