Crumbed chicken
Feb. 15th, 2009 12:58 pmI'm going to crumb some chicken thighs with panko crumbs.
Do you reckon I can cook these in my George Foreman grill and have the crumbs stay on? Or should go for the old standard of shallow frying them?

Date: 2009-02-15 04:46 am (UTC)I bought mine in late '06. The model I got was on special for $90, which was cheaper than the regular sized grill, and my one is MASSIVE. It has two separate plates (which you can set to different temperatures) and each plate is almost twice the size of the standard grill.
And quite often I use up all the space on it, I don't know how I'd manage with a smaller grill.
