Gets turned on today, apparently around 4pm our time.
I was just reading an article and it was saying how astrophysicists or whatever theorise that the big bang started from a "super dense object, the size of a small coin". All well and good, but they never explain where the coin sized object came from.
*brain is broken*
Actually, contemplating the supposing that this thing could end the earth, I was thinking, Buddhists and such who believe in reincarnation - where is your body reincarnated to if the earth is gone??

Date: 2008-09-10 07:47 am (UTC)This was ALL my year 8s could talk about today. I ended up giving up on the lesson we had planned and we just had a "confession circle" because they said they wanted "confess a secret" before they "died".
I told them to make up something dramatic so at least it was somewhat on topic, though. At least I wasn't trying to teach them anything important!
They can be so silly.
