Sleepy kitties

Due to the knee issues, I've spent most of the last 2 months laying in bed. Lil LOVES this arrangement as it means she can sit on me. She'll sit in my stomach/crotch area most of the time.

If I scritch her under the chin and stroke her cheeks she lifts her head and looks like this -



Then I'll gently pull her ears back and call her an alien and achieve a look like this -

Which always makes me giggle.

Then quite often she'll start to fully fall asleep. Her head starts to flop over -


And flop further -


And further! -


This is when she starts dreaming and twitching, which tickles!

Meanwhile, Bella has found a new sleeping spot. In a box on the junk pile that is on our futon. -


I see ears! -

She often stretches and makes squeaky sounds when she sleeps.

Gee your girls are cute! How funny is Lil - it's a wonder that they don't find it hard to breathe with their necks all hyper-extended like that. I think everyone has made an alien out of their cat at some stage hehe.

Oh, I was off getting food today & the lady at the vet asked me if I want another cat cos they have like 4 kittens & an adult cat that was dumped at the vet. I was like - hey I have 4 already (almost was 5...), don't you think that's enough? She just laughed. WTF?

cute kitties.... :) my kitty loves sitting on my lap all day when I'm trying to study, but this morning she got stirred up by a mudlark strutting outside and she's been out hunting in the rain ever since...
