Ever wanted to know what a dislocated knee looks like?

Yeah, that bulge to the right is my kneecap. My hands are there because the first reaction I have when I do this is to grab hold of my knee, and it takes a bit of effort to get my hands away from it, even though I'm fully aware my leg isn't going to fall off.
And this is me now, crutches and huge knee brace. My God it's hard to do anything vaguely useful when you can't bend your knee and have to hold onto crutches all the time. All I want is to at least do stuff in the kitchen, and I can't even do that. :(

*hugs* in the meantime. It does always seem to happen during the 'holiday season', this sort of stuff.
