My right eyelid has been twitchy for at least a fortnight now.

It's driving me batty!

I'm going from memory, but stress and magnesium deficiency can be the too biggest causes for eye twitching (specifically in the eyes). If you've had any calf or leg muscle cramps lately, it's more likely to be magnesium deficiency.
