"Everything Test"
Mar. 7th, 2007 07:26 am1. If you don't live in the U.S., the test will be skewed. Apparently you can't travel to SE Asia, it's not an option!
2. It assumes EVERYONE must have gotten drunk at some point. There is no option for "I have never gotten drunk". (I selected that I got drunk "A year or more" ago.
3. Immgration question referred to the U.S. I answered for Australia's illegal immigration issues.
4. The education questions are also U.S. based. I answered "graduated college", is that closest to university? I have no idea. What's grad school? GPA is irrelevant.
5. Income questions are answered in AUD and are therefore skewed.
6. I LOVE how it randomly dumps you back on the start page, what's up with that?
Traditionally, online tests would ask certain questions about your musical tastes or clothing for a stereotype, your experiences for a purity test, or deep questions for a personality test. We're turning that upside down - all the questions affect all the results, and we've got some innovative results too! Enjoy :-)

Date: 2007-03-06 11:05 pm (UTC)US College=university. The term is pretty much universal across the US, but I think that might be changing. I think most places are referred to as University in their name, like Purdue University, University of Notre Dame, Indiana University. However, Purdue recently renamed all of it's schools colleges. So now, instead of the School of Agriculture, it's the College of Agriculture.
Grad school refers to how you get your masters and PhD after your bachelors degree. I found that there aren't many, if any, places in Australia where you get a masters. It seemed that most everyone just started working towards their PhD right away.
