Alriight, apparently for a good workout I should be getting my heartrate to at least 140 beats per minute and maintaining that for 12-15 minutes.
I can easily reach 120, but can't maintain it for long before I'm exhausted.
I tried to get up to 140, I made it to 130 and just went, "If I keep going I'm gonna kill myself."
Bleh. Does this get any better?
