Food conquests

After just seeing a rather amazing Iron Chef, I have a new food I need to try before I die.

The current food is Capretto (goat), which is pretty easy, I just need to go to a restaurant that serves it and order it.

But tonight the new food on the list is - Ostrich egg.

I had the opportunity to try ostrich meat while I was in Broome. It was good!

Ostrich meat is good, never tried the eggs though. I love Iron Chef!
