I don't get why some people hate hand-me-downs

I recently got a new digital camera. It was a hand-me-down from mum and dad because they bought a new one.

So I handed my old one down to Matt, who didn't have one at all.

It's all good. :)

yeah, hand me downs are cool.

I think part of the best bit of hand me downs is 'free stuff!', and if it gets superseded (or is plain not your thing to start with) it can get handed on without much issue usually
