Umm, spinning ball, at the Murray St end of Forrest Chase, lots of seats around it, usually a few goths. It's a big granite ball that spins in a pool of water.

12 would be about right, since I'll be in east perth and the train only takes about 5 minutes. Also I'll be wicked hungry by then after 5 hours of work. ;)
