It so totally depends on what the bread is going to be used for
toasted sandwiches i have mustard or sauce instead.
if i'm putting something else on open bread/toast then it's usually margarine
if it's just bread/toast, then it's butter.

I said margarine, but truly I'll happily use whatever's available. I rather liked the whipped kind you get at restaurants. lol
