Photo editor

I need a free (downloadable) photo editor. I just need to be able to crop and resize, everything else doesn't matter.

Any suggestions/links?

you can crop and resize in paint. but other than that i have no ideas except i use photoshop but that's a huge program.

ACDSee - which allows you to do all that and more cause it's a nifty archiving too too

PAint Shop Pro (PSP) - Which al;so comes with a handy dandy gif editor/wizard that's on par with Adobe Photoshop.

I found these programs a little while back through Tucows.com but you may want to google.com it for host servers that aren't so busy or ones that can provide cracks or pre-cracked programs should the version need it. *nods*
