I recommend rhinocort, it takes a little while but once the drug leves in your system are established your hayfever will just disappear and on the plus sit it's an over the counter drug :)
Well if you want tablets you're looking at spending a shit load more but I would recommend Zyrtec or similar brands. Things like Polaramide are outdated and can make you VERY drowsy so I don't recommend those but yeh you'll pay a butt load more cash for pills than the spray. If you get sinus pain then I'd recommend getting refered to an allergist. There's a good one in Midland, Dr Sommers I think or was it Summerville. I haven't seen him in ages. Since he's cured me of hayfever.
