As my Nana says every so often "3c is still 3c " ok she doesn't say that exactly but choose an amount and she would say that .
So in other words be happy that it's 3c and not no cents and to quote my Grandfather on the opposite side of my family that is dead,"It's better than a kick in the pants ".
