This is what I get for just mentioning mountains that spew lava

Had another volcano dream last night. Again instead of actual hot lava it was that weird warm mush oozing everywhere. It was under my bed and seeping through the bottom of the mattress so I figured I should get out of there. If it were lava it would have the room ablaze. And it wasn't anywhere else in the house.

I got Matt to help me take apart my computer and he kept wanting to check the USGS site (as did I) but eventually I had to scream at him to just grab it now and get out. The house was almost the same as the old Lockridge house but Matt and I were living in it with some others, I know Terry and Karen were in the kitchen. I commented that I should never have moved to the Cascade Ranges. It was weird, but aren't all dreams (especially ones about volcanoes).

Nice storm coming over at the moment. Not an awful lot of rain being dropped on us (just sprinkles) but plenty of strong, cool wind (which is lovely to stand in), rumbling and flashing. Just finished a maintenance round, boring stuff that needs to be done that mainly consists of checking batteries, water levels and oil levels of various things.

Got my first food cheque today. Pay cheque should go in soon.

Uni starting, getting busier. Might drop the second unit as it's going to be an anoying one :( probably means i can't get the second major but i'll be a unit short of 3 and I'll get just the one. ah well, it will give me some time i guess...

Tomorrow i'm going to be getting my first session of coaching, but i'll be around most of the time.

Dante's Peak? I'm not sure what it was, I just mentioned volcanoes and bam, I have a volcano dream.

Photos - bloody coffeecup will connect but not upload. I think I'll try to get a different FTP program. It sucks that we're on an ultra-slow connection, I think that's the majority of the problem. Zipped file is WAY too big to e-mail from here. I might try multiple smaller zip files.

Got called back to the BBO this morning so I wasn't in town when I guess you would have called back. :(
