Across the driveway neighbours are having ANOTHER ultra-loud party.

Loud bassy "music".
Yelling.
Cars roaring in and out (and parking in the driveways).
Car alarms going off.

They better fucking shut up by midnight or I'll be working to getting their asses evicted.

I bet they've broken the gate too.

someone could always set the cops on them... that would help... I've known some places won't evict loud tenants until the cops are involved..

yeah, after midnight, i do find it too loud, but during 10-12, the grey time where you're still aloud music, but not amplified music, it's usually not too loud.

The driveway parking is however exceptionally bad tonight.
I honked my horn to get a car moved so i could get round the corner to park in my bay. (at least noone was parked in my spot!) but it's really rude to not even think that you don't live here so you have no right to a park inside the fence. (there are a total of 13 visitor parks anyway)
It will be brought up with tammy, as soon as we've had the carpets cleaned and are back inside our lease obligations :)

hmm, doesn't the complex have a security gate?

there was never a problem with parking at my place in maylands - only half the people there had cars, so there were lots of spare parking bays. it was great cos when I finally did get a car I could park it wherever I felt like it.

We have a security gate but some bastards keep covering over the thingy that makes it close.

We all pay rent for a secure complex you assholes, if you don't want to live in a secure complex then MOVE! *gripes*
