Warmup - 5 mins, 5kph treadmill
Leg curls - 2x15, 10kg
Fitball squats - 2x15
Cardio - 15 mins, 6kph on treadmill
Chest press - 2x15, 10kg
Supported row - 2x15, 10kg
Tricep pull-down - 2x15, 5kg
Fitball crunches - 3x10
Alt. leg and arm lifts - 3x10
Prone bridge - 3 held for 10 seconds - I'm gonna start to work my way up to 15 seconds.
Cool down - 5min, 3kph treadmill (feels like I'm going sooo slooow)
Stretch
I also took a wander at Herdsman as well and got a new bird! Wood Sandpiper! Yay! \o/
