I know what I want to write in this essay and all. But when I try to write it I just can't find words and sentences don't form. It's infruiating.

What the heck is this blockage in my brain that makes what should be relatively easy by now into a really annoying task? My essays would be 1000 times better if I could get rid of it.

it's called brain crap. It needs to be sucked out with a high-speed vaccuum. Don't worry, I get these mental blocks too! Try writing out your brain's thoughts and then work from there, it works well for me. All the best with the essay!

I do that. And I end up with pages and pages of disjointed notes because I know what I want to say. It's just putting it in flowing, coherent essay format that I have the trouble with.

I've been having that same problem all semester, it's been making me feel lousy cause it gets me crappy marks. Which sucks cause I know I can do better. The only thing that I can suggest is start them a week or two early, write what you can and keep coming back to it. Everytime you do it you will be able to make an improvement and hopefully get it up to the standard you're capable of :D

You can always send it to a friend to edit, too, so that any rambling or disjointedness can be picked up.
