Dreams again
Sep. 26th, 2004 11:12 amIt's been a while since I woke up but I still remember a lot.
I saw far off swimming in the river what looked like two darters. Closer up somehow it was actually a jaguar swimming and going after something and this orca came up and splashed it/shoved it under the water. Eventually the jaguar retreated to the shore to rest and the orca came up again and managed to produce such a big splash that the water went right up the shore and soaked the poor jaguar again.
Then somehow I was swimming, with Matt and some other people again and I'm not sure how (I think it was the orca) I ended up being underwater. I started swimming up and Matt kinda grabbed at me to help me and just as I was preparing to break the surface and breathe in he lost his grip on me or something and I sank down again, by this time my lungs were burning and I knew I was drowning. Then he managed to grab me/I managed to swim up and broke the surface and gasped for air. And I realised that I had been holding my breath in reality as well. I've done this before when I dreamed I was drowing in a capsized boat. It's kinda scary because I wonder if in the dream I dream that I don't get air in time will I just hold my breath for so long that I pass out?
