Graylands is apparently a maximum security mental institution.

Pray tell then how do two inmates escape by kicking down a wall?

Last nights dreams...

Involved getting bitten by a tiger snake and yelling at people to call an ambulance and no-one doing it. Eventually I was able to stand up again and never felt dizzy or woozy and figured the snake hadn't actually injected any venomn.

We were in Albany, but it didn't look like Albany. We were driving on a beachside road and the swells were HUGE. So huge in fact that one picked up the car, took it a short way and landed it back on the road without damage. The main street was flooded.

I have the most weird funky dreams.

the thing i love most about that place is that the maximum security bit is literally 2 meters away from the primary secion of my school! before they had gates when they were first building men would walk over from there (presumably not from the maximum security section ^^; unless another wall was involved) and stand in the middle of the playground amongst the kids.

O_O slightly disturbing.

My school is also build on a rubbish tip! talk about irony.

You know we have a minimum security prison not too far away where I live and people keep walking out of there. They had a proper breakout a couple of weeks ago. But they've had at least ten that I know of that have just walked out. :/

The whole place is not maximum security, there are small sections that are isolated from the rest of the resident population that would be what most would define as paranoid security.

Part of the problem is that there has been a reduction in the number of available beds (care of several political and economical trends) and this has led to people who should be in the maximum security sections being kept in less secure sections, and people who need to be in there being pushed out onto the streets before they are ready.

That and a lot of the buildings are *really* old, you'll find that several of them are older than the schools that have been built around there. Any query about the safety of the children should go to the government planning groups first...
