Personally, I think there's two sides of the story. While there are a lot of customers that are assholes, most of them are decent and cooperative. And while you have your idiot employees, the majority of them are hard working people. So, yeah... two sides.
depends where you work too ... some places the customer problems and general attitude puts more stress on the staff... for example it would me more fun to work in a fish market than centrelink...
