I was craving a milo milk or brownie, something with chocolate.
The milo was the more likely option being lower in fat and stuff.
So I went downstairs, bounced on the trampoline for a few minutes and grabbed some water.
I'm sure my chocolate craving will return but if it goes whenever I bounce a bit then drink water this could be a good thing...
