*looks at clock*
it's 12:20, lunch is on (wedges).
I'm still in my PJs and doing computer catch up.
I do need to go to the shops and grab a present for my dad's b'day sometime this arvo before we go to my parents for dinner.
But I do not feel rushed at all.
I love lazy days. *kicks back and vegetates*

Date: 2004-07-01 07:28 am (UTC)Preheat the oven to 200C. Grab some potatoes, cut 'em into wedges. Chuck the wedges in a bowl and stick a little olive oil in there, mix it around to coat the wedges. Stick whatever spices/seasonings you want on the wedges then put them on a baking tray (baking paper on the tray makes things so much cleaner and easier) and stick 'em in the oven for 50 minutes or so.
Done.
