I swear I am going to the kill the asshole living in this complex who feels the need to play loud bassy music all day and night day in day out.

All I can hear is the "thump" and it will drive me to murder I assure you.

And to the guy across the way who owns the REALLY squeaky car - get it fixed or I will slash your tyres!

People are *still* tampering with the gate? Geez, why on earth haven't they done anyhing to catch them yet? Surely the costs of repairing the ate every week or two are more than it would cost to set up a hidden camera nearby. Hell, even a USB camera inside the window of that first unit would do the trick...

In fact, if I were still living there I'd offer to lend my camera and FirstEvil to Tammy. All she would need is the approval of the person in that unit.

Gah, I feel your pain. The guy below me is in his 40's and still acts like a college student. He has no job and plays his electric guitar all day. It would be one thing if he has shown improvement (I have lived above him for 2 years) but he is still playing the same sucky ass riffs from day one...he has yet to even finish a whole song!
I should really discuss this with him, but instead I turn my TV sub-woofers up realy high and put "Predator" in the DVD player. All of the machine guns usually shut him up!
