gemfyreFound an area of Herdsman today that was a little more secluded and saw lots of birds nesting.
There is a boat kinda thing in one of the lakes and it has LOADS of great cormorants nesting on it. Also found quite a few nesting purple swamphens.
And the clamorous reed warbler!! Didn't spot it but I sure could hear it chirping away in the reeds. Very loud and strident.
