I've been having a few awful dreams lately, all along a similar theme. Last night I actually died in the dream - at least it disproves the theory that if you die in a dream you die in reality.

But one thing I've learned from my dreams is that I tend to dream the complete opposite of what will actually happen. So where's this brilliant stuff that's meant to be happening??

Sure, I'm doing more and keeping busy, but I have no-one to share it with. It's very lonely. I'm used to being a loner but I all I really want is a soulmate, someone to truly love and appreciate me...

there is so much to interpreting dreams. Like if you dream someone is dead or dies you are feeling a rebirth in your friendship or what ever relationship you have. Kinda makes sense
Its all about what you are feeling subconciously.*sp* YOu probabaly know all this :)

I remember reading once that dreams are a way of preparing us for things that we might have to face in reality. The way it seems to go is that we deal with our worst fears in our dreams, and by coming out of the dream still intact, we realise that these fears are not so hideous after all. Which probably explains why I feel contemplative and strangely invigorated after waking up from a bad dream...

I've never believed in the "If you die in your dream you die in real life" urban legend. If that was true I would have been sliced apart by Alf from Home and Away a few years ago. Damn that was a scary dream.

I do tarot, and in tarot the death card mostly means change. Maybe you desire one, or you subconsciously feel you are ready for change in a certain aspect of your life. I don't know if this applies to dreams *hehe*.

I've died in my dreams so many times I knew it couldn't be true.... but it's still a distinctly ODD feeling. But then again, quite often I come back from the dead as a ghost or to change time, so who knows :-)

You've made me listen to my Buffy tape now! :-)
