I created a community!!

I couldn't find any communities on people who DON'T smoke and hate people smoking around them, so I created one! Feel free to join!

It's called anti_smoking (creative name huh?)

This is a community for those who are sick of having their lungs polluted and suffering the other effects of people smoking around them.

Feel free to bitch about how much you hate smoking, how much it affects you, how rude some smokers are in not recognising YOUR rights to good health.

I myself do not inherently hate smokers, I have many friends and some family members who smoke, however most of them are POLITE smokers. I can't speak for the feelings of other members of this group.

If you smoke and understand our gripes feel free to join. If you want to rant and rave how you have God's given right to ruin your health and that of those around you please to go to a smokers community, thank you.

Well, it looks like i may be the only smoking person to post in this entry. I should warn you now BJ, that Ashley and i do smoke but we're quite polite about it, and while you're here i'll even go outside if you it makes you feel any better. The same can't be said for Ashley, but he's mainly in the study room anyway and i imagine the rest of us will be spending more time in the living room, so i honestly hope the smoke will not affect you too much.

I understand where you're coming from too, cause i was a passive smoker for 20 yrs, constantly having to swat smoke away from my face whenever i was around my Dad, so i know what it feels like too, which is why i try my hardest to be as polite as possible about my smoking around non-smokers.

I don't have a problem with polite smokers. Two of my best friends (Terry & Karen) and my brother and his wife smoke, but you'd never know because they never smoke inside the house.

I guess people who smoke inside just don't realise how much their houses reek to people who don't smoke.

My mum feels the same way about our house, so she's constantly cleaning it and spraying stuff to make it smell better cause she hates it since Dad is the only one in the house who smokes and doesn't seem to give a damn about anyone else's feelings on the issue.
