I waited just over an hour for less than two minutes of handing in forms and being told "No problems, I'll organise that for you."

Well at least he said there'd be no problems, if I get a call saying there ARE problems I will be very pissed off.

i would suggest everyone get together (or maybe jes contribute to a list on a web page or something) and compile a list of reasons of why centrewank sucks if doing so would convince them to actually try to improve their services as opposed to them going "yeh give us feedback we'll see what we can do to improve" and not actually bothering to do it.

though ive decided i blame a government that won't deal with important things like health and education for everything that's wrong with this place :P
