Second semester syndrome

If I pass everything this semester I will have broken a trend.

First year I failed organic chem and second year I pulled out of EPAL. Hopefully this year I can pass all three but as usual I have second semester syndrome.

All I want to do is go out and socialise and have fun and my brain just goes pffflt at the mere thought of work. Hence I've had a very academically unproductive study break. I tried to do some of the genetic stuff today but my brain ran screaming, it hates logic puzzles. I know the concepts, but I can't solve the actual problems.

So, it would seem that whether life is good or bad I will still get second semester syndrome. Darnit.

The eczma on my finger is really nasty at the moment, all sore and weepy. Trying not to aggravate it too much which is really hard when it's on your hand.

Karaoke tomorrow, prizes apparently. Hehe, I rock, I can get prizes. :p

mommy says karaoke contests suck. You don't win unless you 1) are bad 2) make a fool of yourself 3) have a billion people hooting for you.

Mommy has done a few and swears never again. She said they are all fixed. Grrrrrr that's a bad word....

Oh and as for school... its hard to finish.... you get antsy and easily distracted!
