All the answers are multiples of nine. So they make sure that all the multiples of 9 (9, 18, 27, etc) have the same symbols.

I figured that out all by myself! No one had to tell me! :)

I didn't figure it out that specifically. I just realised that the pattern for zero was changing each time and that was the pattern that came up, so I had a look around and realised a bunch of numbers had that pattern. Figured when you do the maths you must always get a certain number and those numbers all had the same pattern. Clever me!
