Oh yeah, in other news my licence needs renewing. A little over $100 for 5 years, which isn't bad but it means I have to spend $100, darn.

licences are pretty cheap really, and its for 5 years, so even if it goes up, it's not that much of an issue for 5 years...
The lack of funds sucks though.

I look at it this way: Aat least now I'm *finally* gonna get one of those cooler looking plastic-not-laminated ones that Luke has had for the last three years because he pays the yearly fee. And the photo will have the right colour hair, yay!
When did you get yours? I thought I got mine first, but I can't remember. (It took me ten months of lessons finally pass the bastard, after all!) My renewal's due in November.

Date: 2003-08-31 03:53 am (UTC)Mine was November 10, 1996. (E class) And I got the A class not quite a year later. Stupidly, I just looked at it, and it says "class: AE". E is auto transmission, A is manual *and* auto.
Of course, now manual is "C class", which used to be for small trucks and thus still confuses me. *sigh*
