Walkies

Just went for a stroll, I really should do it more often.

Took and umbrella but the only rain was spits. Lots of dogs barked at me. Found a few cats, only 1 wanted to talk to me, the rest were sleeping. Found a swing that my butt fit on but the entire swing set frame started to move when I swung too high, they really should design swing sets for adults as well. Found a few sargeant ant nests, stamped around them. These days it seems to scare them into staying in the hole rather than coaxing them out to attack like it used to... saw magpies, 28s, galahs, black faced cuckoo shrikes (eating berries from a big tree), silvereyes, the usual doves and honeyeaters.

I think I know where I might explore for my next walkies. Tis an alley across the highway... hrm, that means crossing the highway, which is almost mission impossible unless you use the underpass...

I know what you mean about the swings! But the only time we ever get to play on them is at 3am, and the seats need to be wider for my fat bum :)
