I have discovered the secrets!!

For perfect salads. I guess it's a good habit to get into for lunch. Low in fat and high in taste.

Things you need for a good salad.

- Wash and spin your leaves - no grit, and no water dripping.
- Various greens and herbs. Gives extra flavour. I really like basil, coriander and rocket in my salads.
- Bacon. It's awesome.
- Not too much, and not too complicated a dressing. I've discovered the beauty of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Pine nuts. Because pine nuts rock, and the crunch is great.
