Slight progress

I figured I'd have to put the brace back on today as I can't get back into bed without assistance and Matt will be at work.

But this morning I realised I can.

So my leg will be cool and aired out today. Still can't bear any weight on it or bend it much, but, slowly slowly.

Centerlink strikes again

They FINALLY sent me a health care card, it arrived today. A few days AFTER I've had to pay for medical expenses that would have been cheaper with the card.

But the bit that stumps me most.

"Expires 29 Jan 2008" is written at the top of the card.

And at the bottom?

"Card start 2 Feb 2008"

Buh?
