2006 LJ wrap up
Jan. 9th, 2007 08:44 amSo LJ posted a wrap up of 2006 and went over the features they'd introduced. As always, people complain about getting features they'll never use even though they paid their hard-earned cash for a paid account. And even more amazingly non-paid users whinge, because they think they should get ALL the features too.
Of course, what one person finds useless, someone else will think is the best feature ever. So I bring you this poll.

I have loads of ideas. My problem is I'm about as artistic as a brick. I know there are plenty of people out there who are budding artists and writers so I figured if I post a few ideas, I could let you take care of the artistic side.
It's a bit like a prompt community but the ideas are ones that have been floating around in my head. Sometimes I'll describe an image I see, or a few characters, maybe I'll post an entire scene or two and sometimes I'll just give a vague outline of a story. Most of the time I'll request either a story or a cartoon or a picture but really, you can do whatever you want.
Mainly it's all a bit of fun but I'm keeping it friends-locked for now in case some moron wants to steal anyone's ideas. I have no idea what the deal is with copywright, but I think whatever comes up should be the property of all who contributed - sound fair?
Squiggle_Muse was named for Mr Squiggle, an Australian puppet who would complete a drawing starting with just a few lines and dots on a piece of cardboard. (He also had a talent for drawing these pictures upside down).
