Anyone know what this error means?

It's really pissing me off at the moment. This error pops up and pretty soon my net connection dies (I'm unfortunately on dialup at the moment). However the modem doesn't neccessarily disconnect. If I click the connection icon to reconnect it flashes open then closes again so I can't use it. I have to reboot to reconnect.

It seems to be doing it more and more often, for no discernable reason.

Guy at work

There's a guy at work at the moment that I don't know.

I've taken to referring to him as Scruffy because he looks just like Scruffy from Futurama.
