I just spent a silly amount on soap. Like $51. For that I got 10 bars of yummy soap all in different varieties. A soap mitt thing that comes full of soap offcuts and you can just stick other offcuts in, then it just lathers up and you use that. And a bucket of soap offcuts. The bucket was an afterthought, I was explaining to the woman how I intended to use the endy bits of the cakes of soap to stick in the mitt and she said they sold these big buckets of offcuts for $5. I was sold, that is a HEAP of soap for such a cheap price. I shall be squeaky clean and sweet smelling for a long time to come. :)

I also got fish and chips and a Red Eye and sat on Town Beach and ate it in the achingly perfect weather. And tortured the seagulls. I had a really game one take a chip out of my hand, while my hand was on my lap! Two of the gulls were also flagged and I was thinking to myself, "If you just get a little closer so I can grab you and read your band, I'll send the info to Chris and Ady and Ros and Clive and go pfffflt to them." :)

I realised that from the Town Beach pier you can see 3 osprey nests. All of them have nestlings or fledglings. So I saw about 9 osprey today.

I then did the shopping, chocolate was on special so I stocked up on that too.

In all it was a good day off. Now I'm gonna sniff my soap. It's an olfactory orgasm!
