I dreamt I went to Sydney last night. And I walked over the harbour bridge and seemed a lot smaller in real life. I also visited someone's house and they fed us all this nice food and had couches identical to mine.

I was also stumped by some black birds that flew over and was told they were called "Bye" swans because the way they moved their wings looked like they were waving goodbye. Weird.

I need to write about vibes, but my braining isn't forming coherent thoughts on it at the moment so I'll get back to you.

The net also just went down. Bugger.

Gym today

Legs are back in order. The night before last my calves cramped in my sleep (as they do) and I think it helped and got my screwy calf back to where it was meant to be because the pain went away.

Warm up - 5mins, 5kph treadmill
15 x 2 leg curls @ 10kg
15 x 2 Fitball squats (these still burn my quads, I wonder how long it will be before I start increasing the weight)

Cardio - 20mins, 6kph treadmill - Read notes for exams while doing this. :)

2 x 15 Chest press, 10kg
15 Seated row, 10kg
15 Seated row, 15kg (that burned a bit)
15 Tricep pull down, 5kg
15 Tricep pull down, 10kg (still a bit of a struggle)
3 x 10 Fitball crunches (I think the fitball I used was too big, but the others were too small. The right size one was gone.)
3 x 10 alt. leg and arm raises
3 x 15 second prone bridge (maybe next time I'll try for 20 seconds - I'm getting better at this.)

Cool down

5 mins, 3kph treadmill (feels like I'm positively ambling)
Stretches
I hold these for 30 seconds each like I was told. Except for the lower calf stretch, I can't hold that for much more than 15 seconds without both my legs starting to shake. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or not, I can't think of any other way to do it.

Doesn't look like I'm gonna put a flutter on the horses for tomorrow. So I'm not going to commit to any particular horse. Last time I did that and didn't bet the bloody horse came in (that was Rogan Josh).

Dog Shampoo

I can explain now. On Friday I got a call from IPA saying I had been matched to a job. It was dog washing and drying in Kelmscott. I had to call an Armadale job search place who gave me the details for the actual dog washing place (why they need so many damn middlemen who knows).

Anyway, I went down there Friday arvo for a trial. Watched as one of the girls washed a gorgeous sooky husky and helped her out a bit then washed/dried two dogs (a poodle and a maltese cross thingy). I was told they had one more girl to try out on Monday (followed by the comment "If she even shows up." - which sounded promising) and they would ring me.

They rang back today. There's a girl closer that got the job. Poopy.

I don't care if I have to go on my own I am going to this camp.

I HAVE to travel. I have to see the land again.
