Murdoch is having a student swap meet on the 30th October.
It's free for students to sell so I'm thinking I may try and flog some jewellery there. I just offloaded all my secondhand stuff to RSPCA so I can't be selling that now.
Anyone else have stuff they want to offload? I doubt my few jewellery pieces will warrant an entire stall.

I love Kakulas.
Oct. 7th, 2004 03:00 pmIt's such a nifty shop. I did have an altercation with the garlic powder and the bread flour - it's now all down my jeans and on my sandals. But apart from that I spent about $25 and got...
Semi-dried tomatoes
Sushi rice
Dried paw-paw (for Matt)
Bakers flour (it felt like a ton but was less than 4 kilos. I must enquire about purchasing and getting bulk lots delivered.)
Wholemeal flour
Great Northern beans
Pinto beans
Couscous
Honey cashews (for me)
Bay leaves
Star anise (she only charged me for plain aniseed - which was cheaper)
Mint (she charged me for mixed herbs, which were possibly a tad more expensive)
Cinnamon sticks (she charged me for cassia sticks - again cheaper)
Basil
Garam marsala
Ground cloves
Garlic powder
Chives
Rosemary
Now to just figure out how to store it all.
I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to use the beans - I'm thinking Crockpot - throw recipes at me!
Ideas to use the spices/herbs are also good.
My bag also smells awesome now.
